Description

Olive Oils produced as First Quality Extra Virgin Olive Oils with a maximum acidity of 0.8%, first cold pressed real fruit juice with a clear, yellow green color. Recommended for use in salads, dipping, special dishes and marinades. On the other hand, Pure Olive Oils are lighter in terms of color and aroma compared to Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and it is used for preparing all kinds of cold and hot dishes and for frying.Obtained by mixing refined and natural olive oils at certain amounts. Acidity of this kind of olive oil is 1.0%.
