A famous cheese dessert from Bursa city’s Kemalpaşa district. It is also called kirmastı around Bursa area in Turkey.

First, the milk of cow pasteurized and transformed to get a fresh unsalted cheese special to this region. Then flour and egg added into it to make the dough.

Generally the dessert produced dry and wrapped in packages. It is a dessert with syrup and served with clotted cream or with ice cream.
